Join us on the morning of Saturday, April 6th to enjoy an all-levels workout, and eat some delicious food from our friends at Chewys Bagels and Sous Casa.
This is a FREE community event open to EVERYONE!
Heats
We will run 2 groups of 30 people starting at 9am and 10am. All participants must register for their starting time prior to the event. All you have to do is show up at your scheduled time, and we will take care of the rest. We will take you through a warm-up, brief and prepare you for the work-out, and make sure you and your friends have a great time!
Enjoy some refreshments and a bite to eat from Chewys Bagels and Sous Casa after your heat!
Don't Be Discouraged
If you do not feel comfortable with certain movements, or you simply just want a modification, that is completely fine! Just like our classes here at RVAPT, we offer multiple modifications for ALL SKILL LEVELS. The idea is to challenge yourself, while also pushing others, and bringing our community together for a fun Saturday morning workout.
